One Step Closer

Sitting in a starbucks in Pennsylvania right now, as neither my grandparents nor their neighbors have internet. T minus 5 days till the overnight flight to Lisbon. Technically, I am supposed to be using this last time in the country to finish a paper for an Aircraft conference I'm presenting at, but really what I am doing is looking up people to couchsurf with in Europe to save $$ on hostels. For some reason, I really like the humidity out east here, between that and the fireflys, I generally enjoy my stay here. This trip, however, I am hoping to be able to investigate the bar scene in Philly, as its the first time I've been out here since I turned 21. Hopefully I'll be able to get in touch with a friend in the city and see what there is to see.
